I purchased the sushi on Saturday 1/6 and consumed it on Monday 1/8. The expiration date was 1/10. About 4 hours after eating it I became violently ill. I remained ill for two days. Missed one day of work because of this food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate Tuna tower last night, 1/14, from sushi rock. I am a frequent sushi eater (2x/wk) and have never had a reaction like this. I have the shakes, nauseous and have been throwing up for hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I got chicken bowl friday jan 12th . I got no rice... pinto beans,corn salsa,cheese and sour cream . I felt yucky one hour after eating. Was vomiting 2am in the morning. Headaches and body aches for almost 48 hours  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
