I ate an ataulfo mango (the ones in the plastic container) from this Costco and within 2 hours had stomach pains followed by diarrhea and vomiting for the next 48 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

We have been regulars and never had this issue before at that location. Went there with 10 people and 3 of us felt sick next day. Had salads, and eggs with steak tips, sandwiches and fries. Not sure what caused this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Both children had cheeseburger happy meals with chocolate milks. There was an onset of sickness within a couple hours of consuming the food. We ate there around 11:45am on 6/27/17  | Symptoms: Vomiting
