I got lunch at around 10:30 am. Got myself chicken teriyaki that came with rice and a salad. Everything was eaten. It is now 5:56 pm and ive been on the toilet for 2 hours with severe diarrhea and nausea .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Southwest Chicken Salad at noon on June 26th...by 2pm running to bathroom at work.
