After eating a egg white, cheddar and veggie breakfast sandwich I got violently ill (about 45 min later) called the store and basically she said oh I’m sorry. That’s it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I shared a sandwich there on Friday for lunch and both became very sick last night and it continues thru the day today. We had the veggie patty with lettuce, tomato, green pepper and a spicy sauce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Ordered Pad kee Mau with chicken and add in of broccoli. Within two hours I began feeling nausious and then began vomiting for several hours, vomiting up the whole meal. Also had diarhhea for severa hours. As I couldn't sleep all night I was unable to work… See more
