After eating a egg white, cheddar and veggie breakfast sandwich I got violently ill (about 45 min later) called the store and basically she said oh I’m sorry. That’s it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My husband and I shared a sandwich there on Friday for lunch and both became very sick last night and it continues thru the day today. We had the veggie patty with lettuce, tomato, green pepper and a spicy sauce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate a Polish sausage from the food court around 1:30 pm 2/25 and felt nasty immediately. About 6 hours later, I had a fever, chills, nausea, and diarrhea. Fever lasted around 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills
