Went to lunch around 3pm at Panda Express on Friday, Dec 8th. Started with diarrhea, followed by vomiting 10 hours after eating the orange chicken. Vomited about every hour or two until 6:30 in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a Chick-Fil-A sandwich the night of 12/7/17 and woke up early in the morning with diarrhea and vomiting. I indeed know it was Chick-Fil-A, as that was all I had eaten that day and it is currently what I've been throwing up - nasty!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate here at around 2pm on 7/6. At 5:30/6pm I started feeling sick. I did not eat dinner that night. At bedtime I started getting stomach cramps. I woke up at 12am vomiting, sweating and had terrible body aches. That morning/next day I was in bed all day.
