I ate here at around 2pm on 7/6. At 5:30/6pm I started feeling sick. I did not eat dinner that night. At bedtime I started getting stomach cramps. I woke up at 12am vomiting, sweating and had terrible body aches. That morning/next day I was in bed all day. Diarrhea followed that entire day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating, Body Ache

Ate Jack in the Box junior bacon cheeseburger, large curly fries, ranch, and a sprite on Friday, January 27th around 10:30pm. Began feeling nauseated on Sunday around 6pm. Diarrhea and vomiting occurred for approximately 4 hours. Had to miss 2 days of work due to weakness and dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
