At 4:30PM 1/16/17 I got the 8 dark piece family meal for $5, we were all going to eat some, but my friend and my Mother instead opted for sushi.

I then had two pieces of chicken, and starting from 6PM to my hospital release I was puking, pooping and unable to drink anything.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

My wife and I was at the Mall around 2:30-3:00 Friday December 30.
I had ordered from Chinese Gourmet Express.
