Had a meatball sub on June 13th, 2023 and ate it at 6:30 at night and woke up at 3:40 in the morning the next day and was vomiting, with diarrhea and nausea and chills.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

I ordered a burrito bowl on 3/26/23 and it’s is 3/26/23 now. I noticed my lettuce was not crispy and parts appeared translucent. The taste of the bowl was off.

I was throwing up with diarrhea 8-9 hours after eating cherry tomatoes on a store bought veggie platter at a potluck lunch. The tomatoes tasted off. It was a pre-made veggie tray maybe from Costco or Pick n Save.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
