I ordered queso with ground beef along with a chicken bowl. Never in my life have I felt immediate sickness and stomach pain while EATING. I have been down for the count for the past 4 hours. Horrible  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

On Monday night, June 8, I ate a Chipotle bowl with white rice, black beans and a lot of lettuce, cheese and guacamole around 8pm. Went to bed and was awakened with a jolt at 3 AM and started vomiting profusely. Could not keep anything down for 24 hours. Sweating, chills.
