Hello after eating a cheeseburger to a hamburger and a Big Mac plus potatoes and an ice tea I had vomiting 2 hours after the meal diarrhea right now. ,
I ate McDonald's at 12:20 around 2 pm I was vomiting and diarrhea came around 6 pm  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ordered a Big Mac from this location. Started experiencing dizziness, nausea, diarrhea and fatigue. My wife ordered the night before and experienced the same symptoms.
