After 1-2 hrs after eating an el pastor burrito bowl I vomited and had watery diarrhea all day. I had chills and fever and after two hrs of nap I woke up only to vomit all the liquids (water, ion drink) in a projectile matter. Dinner Take Out Monday, May 2, 2022. Supreme Beef Burritos. After going to bed, started getting sick around 2AM. Severe vomiting, diarrhea, severe cramping/pain through 7AM.
