The past couple weeks I have had a few days where I have had diarrhea and nausea. I was questioning if it was a deli sandwich that was doing it. But then I read about honey nut cheerios, thought back and sure enough, the times I had my symptoms lined up with when I had eaten the cereal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I had Cheerios for breakfast. I never eat cereal and by dinner time I had an excursiating headache. I literally wanted to take a hammer to my head. I then proceeded to throw up multiple times. Worse feeling I've ever had.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
