I ate a new choking sandwich. Fries onion rings and cheddar jalapeño poppers. Got violently ill a hour or so later. Could not stop throwing up. Had diarrhea so far for two days. It happened on Sept 16. 7.30pm,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a ham and cheddar sandwich and a chai tea from there I got it at 3am, ate the food and went to bed, I woke up with extreme nausea at 7:30 and went to the bathroom to vomit
