I ordered the chicken sandwich for dinner just before 6:00pm on Monday September 16th. Had difficulty sleeping all night due to stomach cramps but tried to ignore them because I was exhausted. Finally was forced out of bed at 5:45am because I was too sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Ate a grilled chicken sandwich and 4pc chicken tender around 7 pm. Symptoms started around 3am the same night. Excessive vomiting and diarrhea. It is now 8 pm the next day still feeling sick with abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the chicken sandwich there with terrible quality, I was actually confused as to why I was eating it in the first place... and what do you know.. 20 minutes later, my whole stomach is in the toilet!
