I had their multigrain pancakes with seasonal fruit. Didn’t touch the eggs or sausage. I also had orange juice and coffee with cream. Onset about 2-4 hours after eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Had double teen with root beer and sweet potato fries and a double stacker, I’ve been violently ill all night and most of the day. I only ate that and coffee and a couple soda pops. Maxwell house coffee , from Walmart , drank for few years then 3 months ago started having stomach, intestinal issues, some blood in stool. At wits end . Finally changed coffee as last resort to better brand , all issues went away.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloody Stool
