Me about an hour ago I can’t stop retching and throwing up from here. I just started really nauseous about an hour ago they haven’t stop throwing up or retching ever since. The only thing I ate today was their double Western bacon cheeseburger and their fries  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate at about 11am spicy nuggets fries and a smoothie. 5-6 hrs later when I’m at Walmart I start feeling nauseous, when I get home I instantly threw up. Could barely sleep through the night, threw up a total of 4 times had to use the bathroom about 5 times the whole night. I still feel so sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

My daughter had severe stomach pains and diarrhea within 30-40 minutes after eating just fries. She also broke out in a rash. He face, Neck, Chest, arms all turned red and blotchy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain, Skin Rash

We had french fries and chicken nuggets. My three-year-old threw up first. In his throw up it was a lot of french fries. My husband threw up after eating the same thing. I myself feel nauseous and having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got a drive through meal last night, I had to wait a long time to recieve it and when I got home and ate it the fries tasted very stale and the meat was slimey.
It was late, I was tired so I didn't think much of it, next morning I now can't keep anything down and I am very dizzy from nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
