February 8th, at ~07:00PM I had a steak bowl, brown rice, Pinto beans, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. Didn't have any response, food was good but did notice the salsa was a bit watery. Went straight home and went to bed without ingesting anything else.… See more

At around 815pm 12-28-2014 I ate a chicken bowl with sour cream, Guacamole, cheese, and lettuce in addition to a bed of brown rice. At 330am I woke up feeling very ill and sat on the toilet for about 20 minutes expelling just about every ingredient listed… See more

My girlfriend and I both had identical bowls. Both sofritas, brown rice, fajita mix, hot salsa, Pico, sour cream, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. I had diarrhea only. She's been throwing up and is really sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
