Ate McDonald's at 5pm got full-blown symptoms at 7am the next morning.

I began to feel lethargic, got stomach cramps, and diarrhea the morning after I ate a McDonalds deluxe spicy chicken sandwich and some left over kids hamburger.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps

I had a double hamburger, just before closing time the meat wasn't completely done but I didn't think it would be such a problem, for 12 hours with severe vomiting, hydration not possible at all!
