It was actually a polish hotdog with onions, deli mustard and relish and a lemonade from the soda fountain no ice. Diarrhea started happening 40-50min later. I felt like gagging, but instead it went the other way.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Son had a hotdog bought from costco with ketchup. He hadn't eaten anything else other thanight his breakfast, fruit and water. About 2 hours later he complains that his stomach hurts. He was rolling around in pain. Within 10 mins, he vomited. He went to lie down but continues to cry in pain.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
