A McChicken, like other fast foods, could be the cause of food poisoning. Improper handling of the chicken, lettuce, or mayonnaise could result in contamination. Chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise have all been linked to Salmonella and E.coli outbreaks. Food poisoning associated with McChickens is often characterized by diarrhea and nausea.

I ate this on November 4th in the afternoon, i ordered a mcchicken and later on i started to throw up multiples times and throwing up everything i had in my system, had diarrhea and also so much nausea with anything i ate  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I got a McDouble and mcchicken on Sunday, October 29, 2023. Both tasted slightly off and I couldn’t finish either sandwich. Today, Tuesday, I have a high fever, vomiting, chills, and diarrhea.
