Specially Selected Mussels in Tomato Sauce got me very sick. Started with vomiting and lead to diarrhea & finally a fever. I actually fainted while on the toilet. Mussels One person (myself) who ate mussels. Nobody else are them. I felt nauseas within approx 2 hours and violently sick and with diarrhea within 3-4 hours. I then slept for a few hours and still have stomach pains although lessoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
