My 2 year old son and 1 year old daughter had your chicken nugget and fries meal last night and now they've been throwing up constantly and had diarrhea since 3 in the morning.. My daughter ate nuggets last Thursday night and caught salmonella, I don't know if it came from mac do the first symptoms arrived 48 hours later, 1 out of 5 people sick 48 hours after ingesting the nuggets  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache

I bought chicken nuggets from McDonalds at the main train station in Hamburg today before my train ride (3:30pm) and then ate them on the train. The rest of the train ride and home was very bad for me and at 21:30 I vomited the food almost undigested  | Symptoms: Nausea, Indigestion
