Ate a medium handmade pan pizza with all pepperoni half Italian sausage and half pineapple. I only ate half of the pizza with Italian sausage and 2 pieces of specialty chicken. The chicken tasted undercooked but the pizza was good.

Same story as above, I got super sick vomiting and diarrhea. Wife had stomach cramps and bad diarrhea and we did the exact same by taking off the cheese and pepperoni for our younger son. Never going to little caesars again.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps

Ordered large half pepperoni and half sausage pizza, cheese sticks and breadsticks. I am the only one in my family who ate the cheese sticks and only one sick.
