I attended the Best of Baltimore party on Aug 18. On Saturday August 20 I developed chills/fever/nausea/diarrhea and severe stomach cramps. This continued and went to hospital for dehydration on Tuesday. I very seldom eat fast food but it was a late night after a soccer game so I ordered a chicken sandwich. The following day I had stomach cramps which led to diarrhea and a fever.
