I ate the chicken enchilada soup and quesadilla explosion salad. For a while, I was just having moderate stomach cramps and then they began to be extremely painful where I felt like I couldn’t breathe through them. I have thrown up three times now.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

My 8 year old son had a cheese quesadilla and chicken chalupa on July 6 2021 around 12:00pm. Later that day around 7:00pm he complained that his stomach heard. And around 9:00 he started vomiting and diarrhea. All night long non stop he had that. It is July 9th and he still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My daughter had a chicken quesadilla earlier this week and today she was diagnosed with an E. Coli and Salmonella infection in her intestines. Not sure if this is where she got the Salmonella from or not. Her friend got the chicken quesadilla there and didn’t get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
