I ordered a quesadilla and mini chicken quesadilla, and every time I order anything from Taco Bell I end up waking up at 3-5 am to either throw up or have sharp pains in my stomach and diarrhea. I’m never ordering Taco Bell again in my life that’s for sure.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate (1) Chicken Quesadilla. Hours later, vomitting, light headedness, and fever began. Ended up in the ER for a few hours. After IV and rest, I was sent home. Next day, I had severe diarrea and cramps.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

My friend and I had chipotle on Monday March 26 around 7pm. I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and later in the day had nausea, vomiting and a fever. I ate after work at 10PM, near when they close. Took my food home, (a chicken quesadilla, churro, and some potato olays) ate, came home and went to bed. Woke up at 4AM sweating and proceeded to vomit A LOT. This went on until like seven and repeated a few more times, along with some other symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
