I got two 6 inch roast beef sandwiches for my sons. The only difference between the two sandwiches was that one had tomatoes and lettuce. My older son had that and had a couple of hours later started vomiting.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

5/12/17 I ate one Arby's roast beef sandwich at 7pm started feeling ill a few hours later with diarrhea. At 10:30pm the next day I still had 2 sandwiches left from the previous days purchase so I had eaten another one and started feeling ill again. I threw out the 3rd one.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

At 230pm on Wed may 3 2017 i had two Arby's regular roast beef sandwiches , curly fries and iced tea. The meat had what i though was an odd texture and was not like any Arby's sandwich I'd ever had. But it did not taste bad.… See more

Me and my brother both ate classic roast beef sandwiches and within hours we were both having severe abdominal cramping. Hours later the vomiting and diarrhea began and has been ongoing for the past 12 hours. Please do not eat, it is not worth this pain!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
