Date February 7, 2025 Friday at approximately 8:00pm. Active Vomiting, diarrhea cramps & headache hit about 3 hours after eating and lasted all night through the morning until there was nothing left in body.
(wife had shrimp linguini with no side effects)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache

WMPO- 16th Hole food catering. We ate the coconut shrimp served on Saturday afternoon (Feb 8) and both got very sick with vomiting and headaches later that night. I ate the food at the 16th hole in the Waste Management Phoenix Open. I believe the shrimp was the offender.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
