I placed an order to go. I ordered chicken fried steak . Gravy & carrots. I ate it as soon as I drove home which is 10 minutes from my house.
Within 1 hr I was violently throwing up. It lasted 5 days .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Kids took me for my birthday. I had the balsamic steak with mashed potatoes and a salad. It’s my normal go to and I’ve never had any issues.
