of Montreal, affects consumers with allergies to soy, wheat, fish, sulphites, or eggs, as well as those with celiac disease or other gluten-induced illnesses. The issue was discovered during routine inspections by MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. As of now, no cases of allergic reactions associated with the consumption of these foods have been reported to MAPAQ.
The products that are the subject of this warning were offered for sale to the following establishments:
3000, boulevard De La Rousselière, in Montreal
450, boulevard Don-Quichotte, in Notre-Dame -de-l’Île-Perrot
6333, rue Beaubien Est, in Montreal
107, boulevard Cardinal-Léger, in Pincourt
305, boulevard Iberville , in Repentigny
The recalled products include "Zoto Gyoza", "Zoto Avocado Poberge", and "Zoto Shrimp Tempura Rol". These products, sold in transparent plastic containers and refrigerated, may contain allergenic substances not mentioned on the label. The recall applies to all batches of these products whose labels do not include mention of the allergens.
Do not consume recalled products to which you are allergic or sensitive as they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction; and do not serve, use, sell or distribute recalled products.
