Had my usual chicken burrito about noon. Later that day, about 7:00PM., I experienced explosive vomiting and diarrhea, cramping, and weakness. The only other meal that day that I eat was a bowl of cereal. The next day, I felt much better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
