Ate a steak burrito and two hours later I was on the toilet, since then I've gotten maybe 2 hours of sleep at a time before having to rush back to the toilet, only water comes out when I go. Really not happy about this, I'm never going back  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ordered a Caritas burrito from Chipotle at 4pm on Saturday. An hour later was having diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach cramps. Was up all night getting sick and am still sick to my stomach 3 days later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps

Had lunch at 1:30 pm, and within an hour and a half, had nausea, fever, and a headache. Within 2 hours, I ended up vomiting, I ended up visiting the porcelain throne 4 times by 5 pm.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
