I had one meal on Monday. I had a medium fry, coke, and double cheeseburger on Monday, and have had extreme stomach pain, fatigue, mild headache, and sweats that evening. We were there last night as
Family food, I had a McSmart cheeseburger menu and a double cheeseburger. A strawberry milkshake and ice cream for dessert.
In addition to my state of health, our little daughter had a lot of diarrhea for 2.5 years today and was very tired.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Good evening, We ordered at Mcs on 29.6.2026, there are four of us, all suffering from gastrointestinal issues. I was picked up with stomach cramps and had no fluids left in me. I had a happy meal cheese burger and chips around 1pm on Sunday 28th June. By 6pm my stomach started hurting. By 8pm I was also feeling sick. By 10pm I had vomiting and diarrhea. The only thing it could have been was the McDonalds - and thank god my 4 year old daughter didn't eat it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
