I'm feeling miserable, in the evening after 7:30 pm I had two sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffins. Several hours later I got serious abdominal cramps from around 12:00 am -3:00 am with a sweaty hot feeling and at 3:18 am involuntary vomiting and diarrhea following.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

This is the 2nd time in the past 6 months I ordered the cheeseburger value meal and vomited about 20 minutes later. Once all was out of my system I felt fine. I have no known allergies or intolerances.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

had mc donalds for dinner last night, ordered a big mac and 10 piece nuggets with special sauce. Both me and my s/o are sick, symptoms started today, I've been on and off the toilet with painful diarrhea all day today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
