A jr me chicken and fries, sprite to drink, ate it last night around 7pm and was woken around 3:30 this am by cramps and the super urgent need to use the washroom. Vomited a few times, have a fever on and off.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate this on 5/1/18 and when I got home I started vomiting continuesly had to stay home from school and I had diarrhea after wards and I’m still currently sick every time I eat I throw up and I threw up on my birthday which is 5/4/18  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
