Salad food poisoning reports are common. Romaine lettuce is one of the most tainted products available and is regularly recalled for bacteria contamination. Diarrhea and nausea are the most commonly reported symptoms from Sweetgreen food poisoning and E. Coli is the most common diagnosis.
