I ordered chicken sandwich with cheese and didn't receive cheese through the drive thru and after bringing it in to the manager I got my cheese on it and went to eat it and now I'm vomiting and feeling dizzy and headache and sleepy  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness

Ate lunch at 12:30 on may 20,2017. By 1:45 I had stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. I only ate 1/2 of it thank God. This store was dirty, unsanitary restrooms and very rude employees. They only nice people were the poor managers that had no idea what… See more
