My father and I ordered the cobb salad with avocado lime ranch. We ate at 8 pm. By 2 am I woke up with a headache. I had mild diarrhea and nausea. By 7 am I thought it was over. I lay down and suddenly had to vomit. My dad felt a little off, but had taken a digestive supplement prior to eating.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache

Ate a large sized 12 piece fried nuggets with coke shortly after 5 pm on September 25,2021. By late even hints of diahrea and bloating started. By 3 am it was full on liquid squirts. Almost noon and still having the runs  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating

I ate there around 5pm last night, chicken strips, fries, and a lemonade. I have not been off the toilet since.. my only symptom is horrible diarrhea. The twin boys I sat for experienced this as well while eating the chicken nuggets and fries.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Not 100% positive but my 4 year old started having stomach pain 2hours after eating then vomiting 1 hour later. Had apple juice, 5 piece chicken nugget, fries, Polynesian sauce, and some of my cookies and cream shake.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
