Ate grilled chicken club sandwich and large chicken tortilla soup. Got dizzy and then vomited after about 1.5 hours. No nausea. Wife ate breaded original sandwich and waffle fries with no complaints after 2 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Nausea

Ate the following:
- chic fil a chicken sandwich w/ chic fil a sauce, pickle, & mayo;
- waffle fries
- kale salad w/ cherries

I got food poisoning symptoms about 9 hours later. Severe diarrhea, fever, nausea, chills, & malaise.

This was one of the last places I ate before getting sick, I ordered chicken nifggets and a spicy chicken,I’ve been vomiting and have severe diarrhea since. I’m not 100 percent sure this was the cause.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a cobb salad (with romaine lettuce) on November 15th. On November 16th, I had diarrhea, followed by severe stomach cramps, fever, nausea, and vomiting on the 17th.
