I went to the grand opening of Chicken Salad Chick in Granbury Texas. I ate egg salad and potato soup. I did not eat anything else all day. I was poisoned but they gave me a cup for being one of the first 50 customers.. The place isn’t on map yet because it was a grand opening.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

hi, i got two quick chicks yesterday. one jalepeno holly and one kickin kay lynne. me and my mom both ate the chicken salad last night and both woke up with intense vomiting, diarrhea, and chills.
