Steak Burrito with brown rice, lettuce, & guacamole. 2 days later stomach pain with vomiting, diarrhea, chills. Unable to do much activity. Can't keep food down. Ate Chipotle at noon and by 6Pm vomiting and diarrhea. Both continued day 2, went to Urgent Care and received fluids, day 3 went to hospital ER and was admitted for fluids and over night monitoring.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
