On oct 11th at around 12:15pm I ate lunch at chipotle in downtown LA burrito bowl w pinto beans brown rice, veggies red salsa chicken abd barbacoa. At 4pm I started feeling nausea, at 8pm started having diarrhea and at 9pm I vomited.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
