Had burrito bowl with rice, fajitas, steak, mild, corn, cheese & lettuce, and chips & guac around 9 pm. Stomach pain began in a couple of hours, and vomiting began at 3 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I got chipotle about 1.5 hours ago and now my stomach is killing me like I have menstrual cramps and diarrhea. I also feel like I have to throw up; I ate a barbacoa burrito bowl and I was deciding whether to eat there or not from the E.Coli scare.
