I ordered a side of guac at 430. By 630 I had cramping and was extremely nauseous. This lasted til about 9:30 when I began vomiting profusely. It's now 2:40am and I still have chills & hot flashes.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

Chicken burrito, sour cream, lettuce, mild tomatoe sauce, sour cream, avocado. Barely had 2 or 3 bites before violent watery diarrhea and stomach cramps. 4 days bed ridden.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps
