My wife had a chicken burrito bowl and guacamole. I had a carnitas burrito bowl. This was on Sunday night 1/11/2026. My wife became very sick later that night and following morning. I was fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

I had a Carne Asada kids quesadilla with black beans, with a side of guacamole and chips. The carne asade was lukewarm and the guacamole had a piece of lettuce sticking out the cup. I should have known better, but was hungry.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ate Chipotle from the restaurant at 11015 N. Scottsdale Rd. around 6 pm on Sunday night 1/4/26 and on Monday I had not eaten anything and go severely sick vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, headache, fever, chills for 12 - 14 hours and then I was back to normal.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
