Additional information: Within an hour of eating there i was violently vomiting for hours. Also liquid diarrhea, fever, pain for days.

I ate a half chicken / half brisket bowl with guacamole at the Norwood OH Chipotle. (Cincinnati)

Within 4 hours, I was violently puking, having repeated diarrhea, and extremely dehydrated and nauseous. I will not eat Chipotle ever again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Dehydration
