Suspected source: Something in bowl with white rice, lettuce, chicken, pico, and guacamole. Affected two of us four hours after eating.

Sick: 2 people
Additional information: Still suffering with diarrhea.

Both me and my partner only had chipotle as the overlapping factor in the last 48 hours. I was admitted to the hospital for severe dehydration and nausea / vomiting that won't stop despite medications. My partner has blood in his stool.
