I ate a couple pieces of mushroom pizza from Dominos at 10:00 pm, went to sleep at 11:00 and woke up at 4:00 am with severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. It lasted for 8 hours. It’s now a little after noon and the diarrhea has stopped for now. Very weak and tired.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Weakness
