I don’t need a doctors note I know food poisoning I went there around 4 o’clock and got a sausage egg and cheese croissant went to work and was sick and nauseous and vomiting about three hours later I haven’t stopped vomiting or shitting my pants ever since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Two donuts bought with an iced mocha. Bought and ate these at approx. 11PM. When I got home I ate one more, but this was probably too much before going to sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night with very extreme stomach cramps and I’m still on the toil  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I ate it around 9:30 this morning. Within 30 min-1 hour I started getting a stomach ache. feeling nausea. This lasted until about 6 tonight. I felt like I had to vomit at least 20 times, but never did. Finally I took a hot shower and vomited. A lot. I suspect it was from the bacon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

we both had a ham & cheese wrap from Dunkin Donuts and concorse D near gate 15 on 18 Dec ca 5 pm, and had diarrhea and nausea the next morning. We had nothing more to eat that evening or the next morning other than airline pretzles  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
