My family and I ate sandwiches and doubts from here on 2/4/2023. So far 3 of us has vomited and one of those 3 now has diarrhea. We had breakfast in the morning and the vomit started around 12:30pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered a frozen coffee from the drive-thru and noticed it had a slight chemical taste to it. Consumed maybe a 1/4th of the beverage before I started feeling nauseous and had to pull over.
